Reentry program supports those who want to live up to their highest potential | Opinion

On Thursday, April 6th, 2023, our Annual Reentry Conference - Training for the Dignity of Work, will focus on how "industry-recognized" training profoundly changes lives. For court-involved, addicted, and veterans of combat, who have struggled to secure employment, skill-based certifications change so much in the job marketplace.

Ande Richards' thoughtful examination of NJRC training highlights how individual odds have been transformed by training. For persons who were unable or unwilling to access education earlier in their lives, NJRC's training offers a profoundly powerful Second Chance.

NJRC, God-willing, can do most things right with legal, medical & behavioral, federal & state benefits, housing, but without long-term employment, a career, it will be difficult to sustain a healthy and productive life. Please read and enjoy Ande's compelling story, thanks.
